Physical Delivery
Niche99 does not ordinarily ship physical products. Where physical delivery is specifically agreed, applicable delivery charges, timelines and arrangements will be communicated separately.
Niche99 is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, third-party service interruptions, force majeure events or inaccurate information provided by the client.
